Bikram Yoga, also known as Hot Yoga, is a type of Yoga developed by Bikram Choudhury. Our Yoga sportswear is well suited for Bikram Yoga as it is practiced in a room heated to 105°F with a humidity of 40%. Classes are guided by specific dialogue including 26 postures and two breathing exercises that scientifically warm and stretch muscles, ligaments and tendons. Classes last approximately 90-minutes.
